Welcome to Our Hatha Yoga & Sun Salutations Session!
Feels like no energy for the rest of the day? Need some energy boost?
Your body has it, however you need to discover it by breathing, yoga and meditation.
Salient features of the Session:
Hatha Yoga: The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation.
Sun Salutations: It is a practice in yoga as exercise incorporating a flow sequence of twelve – Fourteen gracefully linked postures performed in 5 to 108 repetitions.
Yoga Asana: The yoga asana has been designed in such a way that it will rejuvenate yourself, make you flexible, de-stress you and give you a higher clarity of mind. Starting from simple to advanced asana you will be learn it all from our very experienced and qualified yoga teachers. You will be able to practice it later from the comfort of your home.
Yoga will bring you stability of mind & body. Will make you in charge of yourself. With physical yoga, all the body chakras get activated and happy hormones get released.
