Welcome to Our Zoo Yoga Session!

Feels like no energy for the rest of the day? Need some energy boost?

Your body has it, however you need to discover it by Breathing Techniques, Yoga Asanas and Bliss Meditation.

 

Salient features of the Session:

ZOO yoga (Animal Based Yoga): Create a sense of ease, peace and overall wellbeing by “doing zoo–animal yoga”!!!!  These yoga poses, all named for the animals they resemble, are not only fun to do but also establish a sense of calm, balance, and ease throughout the body and mind.  And they’re especially good for reducing stress and anxiety.

Yoga Asana: The yoga asana has been designed in such a way that it will rejuvenate yourself, make you flexible, de-stress you and give you a higher clarity of mind. Starting from simple to advanced asana you will be learn it all from our very experienced and qualified yoga teachers. You will be able to practice it later from the comfort of your home.

 

Yoga will bring you stability of mind & body. Will make you in charge of yourself. With physical yoga, all the body chakras get activated and happy hormones get released.
