The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Tech Level 1 Support Specialist —someone detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn. In this role, you’ll support our clients by helping them with basic technical issues related to payment terminals, software, and hardware. You’ll play a key part in ensuring their systems run smoothly.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced team where you’ll learn new technologies, build your technical skills, and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding support. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow in the tech industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to technical support requests from clients by phone, email, or video call.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve basic issues with point-of-sale (POS) systems, terminals, and related software.
  • Assist with the setup and installation of payment hardware and software.
  • Keep accurate records of support cases using our CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Work with teammates and partners to help resolve more complex problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication at all times.
  • Stay organized and meet response time goals (SLAs).
  • Recommend products or services based on customer needs.
  • Help with other team tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a technical role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not required.
