JOB SUMMARY:  

The Associate Project Manager supports the planning and execution of projects under the guidance of senior project managers. This entry-level role focuses on coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and client expectations.

Location:

Candidates must be located in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, or Michigan. For individuals based in our Michigan and Illinois locations, this will be a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work. For candidates in Texas and Colorado, this position will be fully remote.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate tasks and track project progress.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and files.
• Support resource allocation and management.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Facilitate team meetings and discussions.
• Manage communication between project teams and clients.
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses.
• Assist in quality assurance processes.
• Participate in project kick-off and closure activities.
• Support senior project managers in day-to-day activities.
• Maintain project management tools and software.

The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $55,000.00 to $65,00.00. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
